2022 Ford Everest Redesign
It’s wonderful to know that the 2022 Ford Everest will still ride on a true fully-framed platform. This will provide a high level of rigidity and strong off-road capability. The new model will ride on the T6 platform borrowed from the ranger. We are certain of that. The platform upgrade will include improvements in many aspects, including a new suspension setup.
The new model will be off-road ready, but the suspension system should be more advanced and provide a better experience. Rumors abound about the Raptor model, which will offer all sorts of upgrades starting with upgraded suspension, locking differentials, and two-speed transfer cases, as well as skid plates and off-road tires.
Exterior
The testing model for the exterior design has been identified. The overall shape will not change, as can be seen. The 2022 Ford Everest will maintain the same proportions and overall shape. The styling however will be entirely new. We can’t see much at this stage, as the camouflage still covers the new model. We expect the Ranger’s front end to look very similar. Both models should appear the same from the front. Everest’s overall design should be a classic SUV layout with a boxy overall form and many rugged aesthetical solutions.
Interior
The 2022 Ford Everest will certainly have a completely new layout. We don’t yet know all the details but we expect the dashboard to look entirely new. We expect more modern aesthetics and better materials. We are confident that the company will use a lot of high-tech gadgets. The new infotainment system, which features a 12-inch touchscreen on the base models, is also included. Higher trim levels may offer more.

The 2022 Ford Everest is not expected to be any larger than the current model. The interior space should not change by much.
