An Outer Banks Edition is one such model, and it will be up for auction at Mecum’s Orlando auction, Saturday, July 31.

According to the auction house, this SUV is the first dealer-delivered 2021 Broncos. It features the EcoBoost four-cylinder engine and 10-speed automatic transmission. The optional 4.27 rear axle comes with a locking differential. This model comes in Oxford White, with a black soft top and black painted grille. It also has a gray and navy interior. The G.O.A.T. is included. It also includes the Ford Dealer Accessory Pack 2A, which includes options such as the swing-gate table and mesh Bimini top, and Tuffy cargo security draw. The winch, mounting kit, lightbar, and JBL soundbar included in the pack are not yet available and will be installed at another time.

This Bronco is almost new with only 35 miles (56km) on the odometer. The window sticker is still on the vehicle, which indicates that the MSRP for this vehicle is $48,720. However, with dealer-installed add-ons, it can go up to $55,925. It is a testimony to the demand for the Bronco by the market and Ford’s difficulties in getting them made that Mecum can offer a mass-market vehicle at its auction and label it a “Star lot”, something it usually reserves for classics with some history.

We reported this month that Ford stopped production of the long-awaited Bronco from July 5 to July 26, to allow suppliers to catch up to demand. This is not because there are no semiconductor chips in production. Ford has struggled to find hardtop roofs for the new Broncos due to the pandemic that continues around the globe.
